Disclaimer and Acknowledgement

By submitting this online request, the Client understands that it does not constitute a confirmed reservation. All reservations are subject to approval and require a signed rental agreement and a 35% non-refundable down payment to be finalized.

For requests submitted without payment, the Client acknowledges that their selected date and equipment will only be temporarily held and may be released if the required deposit and signed agreement are not received within 48 hours.

All reservations are confirmed on a first-paid, first-served basis, and Pointe Shores Party Pros, LLC reserves the right to release unconfirmed bookings without notice.

The Client is responsible for ensuring that the setup location provides sufficient space for safe use of the inflatable equipment. A minimum clearance of five (5) feet on all sides is typically required for safe operation.

The Client acknowledges that the use of inflatable equipment carries inherent risks, including but not limited to injuries resulting from falls, collisions, or improper use. By checking this box, the Client voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the use of the rented equipment.
