Rules for Safe Use:

1. Adult supervision is required at all times while the Equipment is in use.
2. Do not exceed the maximum capacity of  participants at any time.
3. No food, drinks, shoes, sharp objects, or pets are allowed inside the Equipment.
4. Rough play, flips, wrestling, or other unsafe behavior is prohibited.
5. The Equipment must not be used in high winds (15 mph or above) or rainy conditions.
6. Ensure participants exit safely before deflating the Equipment.
7. Keep children away from the blower and power cords at all times.
8. Adequate lighting is required to operate the inflatable.

Failure to follow these safety guidelines may result in injury or damage to the Equipment.

Incident Reporting

The Renter agrees to notify the Owner immediately in the event of:

1. Any serious injury, accident, or incident involving the use of the Equipment. By way of example, serious injuries or incidents include, but are not limited to:
   1. Injuries requiring medical attention beyond basic first aid (e.g., fractures, head injuries, or severe cuts).
   2. Situations where emergency services (e.g., ambulance, fire department) are called to the scene.
   3. Equipment malfunction or failure resulting in injury or unsafe conditions.
2. The Equipment becomes damaged or malfunctions.

*The Renter is not required to report minor incidents such as scraped knees, minor bruises, or bumps that do not require professional medical attention.
